Shir Real Estate – Shlomo Group's real estate division – was established in 2007. Shir Real Estate operates in Israel, Romania, The Czech Republic and Georgia in commercial centers development and rental.

The company's properties in Israel are upscale projects such as Kiryat Aryeh in Petach Tikvah (central Israel) and the Histadrut Boulevard in Haifa (Northern Israel). Shir Real Estate's land properties occupy approximately 360,000 square meters . The company's flagship project is Shlomo Group's €40 mn logistics center in Tzrifin (Central Israel). The logistics center will serves as the Group's headquarters, vehicle storage, vehicle repair facilities, gas station and more. In October of 2007 Shir Real Estate raised NIS 150 mn (approximately €30 mn) in a debt offering.

In 2011 S.H.I.R started investing in hotel purchasing in Germany and currently owns three hotels in Hamburg, Stuttgart and Manheim
